Naoki Sakai has experience across the power sector and international development. He began his career at Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) and later joined the Asian Development Bank as a Senior Climate Change Specialist, working on energy and climate initiatives in Asia.He currently leads Hourly Matching Japan Ltd.while also serving as CEO of D-Sharing Ltd. and Hourly Matching Promotion Council.
